UGCSI Searcher Educators Launch STEP Forward Life Institute

Pennsylvania, USA --- UGCSI Professors Chris and Carol Green officially launched The STEP Forward Life Institute™ an accredited online life education and ministry preparation platform. STEP Forward provides practical instruction that equips you to add to your faith, embrace your unique process of success, and make certain you're prepared for those once in a lifetime opportunities to minister to your family and serve in your community.

In Life Education, God is your source. Experience is your study. Faith is your evidence. Success is your credential.

Its Life Education model guides students through their unique PROCESS, which releases God's SUCCESS in the fulfillment of their hopes and dreams of helping people.

The Greens define Life Education as the God-sent wisdom and insight that one gains from experience and instruction, leading to growth and development in all dimensions of one's overall wellness: Spiritual, Physical, Social, Intellectual, Emotional, Mental, Occupational, Financial, and Environmental.

1.) In the STEP Forward Life Education model, spiritual growth and maturity are set at the core of one’s life, with all other dimensions emanating from, revolving around, and strengthened by a spiritual (Faith) center.

2.) In the STEP Forward Ministy Preparation model, your education is like a prospectus document that outlines something that doesn't exist, and describes what it will become. Your ministry preparation is the same.  It is not merely projecting an academic goal, business proposal, white paper, or mission statement, but it is a life development philosophy, that trains and prepares you to release God's solutions in real time, to real people, in the real world, and set yourself apart as an effective and creative contributor to your family and community's success.

STEP Forward received an official video endorsement by World Civility leaders, H.E. Sir Dr. Clyde Rivers, who is also the founder and president of I Change Nations.

The STEP Forward Biblical education model was video endorsed by the 2020 I Change Nations Educator of the Year, Professor Michal P. Pitzl, who is also the Chancellor of United Graduate College and Seminary International.

UGCSI Searcher Professor Launches Human Equity Value Institute and Seminary

Trinidad and Tobago --- UGCSI Searcher Professor, Dr. Glendon S. Rudder officially launched the Human Equity Value Institute and Seminary (H.E.V.I.S.).

"Human Equity Value is the recognition, consideration, protection and procurement of human value and their equity entitlement,” Professor Rudder told a global live stream audience. “We live in a world where there is a desperate need for human equity value. The world has not heard about this. It’s a new philosophy and a new concept. It’s a new narrative that the world’s governments, nations, communities, families, judicial systems, and where ever matters of diplomacy or human relations are taking place, it is necessary. It’s a philosophy that will change the game and challenge the status quo of human relations globally.”

H.E.V.I.S. was registered in 2017 as a not for profit organization with the intent of bringing the awareness and content of its concept to humanity at large through training, advocacy and professional counselling. The official launch follows advocacy opportunities in Trinidad and Tobago, where Professor Rudder has already experienced success.

"HEVIS was just an idea in 2017,” Professor Rudder revealed during the online launching ceremony, “We began to develop its curriculum, and we began to develop it even more through United Graduate College and Seminary International (UGCSI) with Chief Chancellor, Dr. Clyde Rivers and Chancellor, Professor Michal Pitzl.”

H.E.V.I.S.  was officially endorsed by World Civility leader, H.E. Sir Dr. Clyde Rivers, who is also the founder and president of I Change Nations.

“When Professor Rudders told me in Grand Rapids, Michigan about his plan to establish a Human Equity Value institute,” Dr. Rivers told the online participants, “I asked him if I Change Nations could partner with him. Now our United Graduate College and Seminary International (headquartered in Kampala, Uganda) has taken him under our accreditation, so he can legally work as an international seminary with our worldwide accreditation. It’s amazing that we can bring H.E.V.I.S. under UGCSI, but also give him the freedom to do what he has to do. I believe Professor Rudder is on the cutting edge of God’s education.”

Greatness University is the World's First Institution dedicated to discovering, developing, delivering, and celebrating greatness in individuals, organisations and nations.

Dr. Businge stated, "We need to recognize within our communities, nations, continents and globally, Greatness, and sustain that Greatness."

From the backdrop of a world dealing with the fallout of the covid-19 pandemic, Dr. Businge presented the challenge to how we can repair, reset and rewrite, as making right, our greatness at this critical moment in history. He believes that we can make this one of the greatest generations ever.

In a profound course of dialogue with Professor Mutola, Dr. Businge, spoke directly from his ground-breaking book, Greatness Code on how to discover, develop, and deliver your greatness. After presenting the greatness dilemma, he explained the  four dimensions of greatness: inward, outward, upward and downward greatness.

Born in Uganda, Dr Patrick Businge did not let his circumstances, characterised by war and poverty, become his standard. He took steps to raise above his circumstances and made greatness his benchmark.

Dr Patrick Businge's goal is to help people all over the world tap into their greatness.

UGCSI Searcher Educators Promote Process of Success in Africa, Globally

Mozambique, Africa ---United Graduate College and Seminary International  Professors Chris and Carol Green and Dr. Mateus Mutola, joined together today on The Africa Civility Show. Dr. Mutola invited the Greens to be his first guest to launch an epic episode to set the tone for the New Year.

The Africa Civility Show (TACS) is a Live stream platform based in Mozambique, Africa, for the gathering of hundreds of thoughtful and iconic Leaders, Influencers, Humanitarians and Doers from around the world, who share a common interest in practical solutions for the sustainable development of Africa.

The Africa Civility Show expects to reshape the way the world thinks about and looks at Africa and help rebuild her confidence in herself, so she becomes the Oasis of the world.

"It was an honor be invited back to TACS," Searcher Professors Chris and Carol Green commented, "Dr. Mutola is a brilliant educator and cutting-edge philosopher. We loved the way he facilitated the conversation and helped connect the discussion to the the heart of his audience. We could see that he has his finger on the pulse of his community, country and continent."

The topic centered around the Green's soon-coming book that will speak to the Process that every human being must go through in order to bring forth the Success that they are already created to be. That process involves understanding 8 keys that will help an individual or an organization navigate through life and its challenges.

The Green's insisted that Success begins with God. Drawing from the Biblical reference of Psalm 139, the Vice Chancellors explained that Success is encoded in our DNA. The very fact that God has given us life means we are the manifestation of God's Success released on Earth. Therefore, we are not striving to be successful, but we are yielding to a process that will reveal the Success that God has created us to be.

Dr, Mutola honed in on the painful part of the process by posing questions on how the audience can get past the dead ends, road blocks, despair, dark clouds and disappointments in life. The Greens responded with a powerful message on how to push past your pain and go through the process of manifesting the Success that is already within you.

"The answers were so powerful and so profound," expressed Dr. Mutola, "After one hour of dialogue, we only covered two of the eight keys. However, I felt the listeners needed time to digest, dissect and really grasp the nuggets of wisdom that were being presented."

The new book by Drs. Chris and Carol Green will be titled: Rest, Retreats, Revival and other Comedies: You are Success in Process. These authors of several books and Searcher Education leaders said they realize the title is very different, but are confident that it will make sense as readers walk through the keys.

In the meantime, Dr Mutola said,"We must have them back on the show to continue releasing the other six keys in the Process of Success."

Professors of Process Teach Validation Through Experiential Success

With Chancellor Pitzl and Chief Chancellor Rivers, online professors
Chris and Carol Green address the Searcher Professors of UGCSI

UGCSI - Today, Professors Chris and Carol Green, joined with the Chief Chancellor (H.E. Sir Clyde Rivers) and Chancellor (Prof. Michal Pitzl) of United Graduate College and Seminary International in the final online Professional Development session of 2020.

"Professors Chris and Carol were phenomenal today," commented Chancellor Pitzl following a 1-hour course titled Experiential Success and the Searcher Model. "They are the perfect example of what it means to obtain success through experience and process. This is the reason they are Vice-Chancellors at UGCSI."

The UGCSI Professors of Process provided practical tools and tips on various methods and strategies to engage communities, build goodwill, and establish a foundation for success in owning a stage (or number one position) in one's field of expertise.

Searcher professors are the front-line evidence builders and experiential success pioneers of an entirely different model of education known as Searcher Education or Authorship Education. In this model, Searcher Educators are experts by experience.  That experience is the foundation of Authorship Education: A Lifelong Learning System.

According to Rivers and Pitzl, "Authorship Education came from a collective need, from all walks of life, from several continents of the world; from everyday people looking for solutions to everyday life issues. Authorship Education drives to real life and is a lifelong learning system that changes societies. It believes that each person has a gift, skill and solution that was given by God, and therefore can 'author' their own philosophy."

UGCSI is a private, fully accredited Christian College and Seminary, headquartered at Kayiwa International University, that provides its students an e-learning education model for their ministry training. With excellent Biblical programs, as well as accelerated ministry degree programs, it offers a truly practical, well-rounded international ministry education experience.

In June of 2020, Chris and Carol Green were announced as UGCSI's new Vice Chancellors of Administrative Leadership. This couple was positioned to lead the Professional Development of its Global Consortium of Searcher Professors/ Educators.

As affiliate members and International Statesmen with iChange Nations™, Chris and Carol Green partnered with UGCSI to provide an accelerated, ministry-accredited life coaching certification program. After successfully establishing this International Leadership Life Coaching Program in the United States, the Greens were invited to join the leadership team as Vice Chancellors.

"The Greens helped our professors see that their experiential success brings validation," concluded Chancellor Pitzl. "We consider Professors Chris and Carol to be at the top of their field and leading experts in educating the world about the process that brings success."

Chris and Carol Green received formal Christian Leadership Training (a 5-year school of ministry) from Dr. Raphael Green (D.Ed.Min) who founded the Metro Christian Discipleship Academy in Saint Louis, Missouri; earning licenses and ordinations as ministers in May of 1991. To further enhance his education, Chris completed two business certification programs at the University of Missouri-St. Louis’ School of Professional and Continuing Studies. Authorship Education: Architecting the Future of Lifelong Learning

Sir Clyde Rivers and Prof. Michal P. Pitzl are the Chief Chancellor and Chancellor of United Graduate College and Seminary International, and they have introduced a skill based philosophy of education in their book Authorship Education.

Authorship Education is a skill based philosophy, which grew from seeing a collective need around the world. In their international workings, Sir Clyde Rivers and Prof. Michal P. Pitzl have experienced firsthand a need for change in societies of the world.

Education is one of the most powerful influences on the earth. Education “architects the future.” Authorship Education says that every life is valuable and every human being is created with a skill and a philosophy. It reaches outside traditional norms and runs on the understanding that each person’s skill and philosophy has the potential to solve a problem in this world.

Prof. Rivers and Prof. Pitzl have discovered influential people who have made their world a better place by nontraditional means. They have spotlighted such people in Authorship Education as worthy of receiving Honorary Doctorate degrees for their skills and being “Searchers” of a new philosophy. These qualities make Authorship Education a system that will carry on from generation to generation, architecting a better future.

Chris and Carol Green Appointed to Administrative Leadership at UGCSI

Chris and Carol Green with Chancellor Prof. Michal Pitzl and Chief Chancellor H.E. Sir Clyde Rivers

UGCSI ---- H.E. Sir Clyde Rivers and Professor Michal Pitzl have announced the appointment of Chris and Carol Green as Professors of Seracher Education and Administrative Leadership at United Graduate College and Seminary International (UGCSI). This couple will be positioned to lead the Professional Development of UGCSI's Global Consortium of Searcher Professors.

UGCSI is a private, fully accredited Christian College and Seminary that provides its students an e-learning education model for their ministry training. With excellent Biblical programs, as well as accelerated ministry degree programs, it offers a truly practical, well-rounded international ministry education experience.

As affiliate members and International Statesmen with iChange Nations™, Chris and Carol Green have partnered with UGCSI to provide an accelerated, ministry-accredited life coaching certification program. Their collaborative purpose and mission has been, to offer leaders, working in under-served communities, high-quality tools that empower and equip them to be more effective in their humanitarian efforts.

After successfully establishing this International Leadership Life Coaching Program in the United States, the Greens were extended this prestigious invitation from the UGCSI Chief Chancellor and Chancellor, who had been following their progress and success.

"The Greens have been with us for a while," says Chief Chancellor Clyde Rivers. "They have worked in obscurity and just been faithful in helping us build a culture of excellence and honor."

They both completed a lay-counseling certificate program from the American Association of Christian Counselors.

They continued to expand and grow in their professional development through their enrollment in United Graduate College and Seminary International (UGCSI), where they received Bachelors and Masters degrees in Christian Leadership, as well as certification as master life coaches through its Colleges of Christian Education and Divinity: Educational Department.

After completing the Master Life Coaching program, they took their certifications and began volunteering their coaching skills in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania's under-served communities, and it wasn't long before local organizations began to recognize and acknowledge the high-quality work that was being invested.

In 2018, Chris and Carol Green introduced their ground-breaking CARE-Readiness Training and Certification for Providers, Mentors and Coaches. Over the course of two years, they were able to certify nearly 80 Life Coaches, which meant the positive impact of their high-quality, life-transforming program was being duplicated and distributed.

"The timing is perfect for bringing the Greens into UGCSI as Professors," explains Chancellor Michal Pitzl. "Due to the covid-19 outbreak, we're in reset mode just like the rest of the world, but when we return, we have a special opportunity to equip and empower the leaders that both work in our school, as well as the leaders from all over Eastern Africa and the world, who come to us for ministry training. We're looking to PROFESSORS Chris and Carol Green to help us build a Global Leadership Professional Development Program."

As the world's leading producers of CARE-Ready Life Coaches™, Chris and Carol Green have been teaching and training community, government and education leaders, human service organizers, business visionaries, and neighborhood dreamers how to be much more effective by embracing the principles of CARE (Compassionate Accountability with Respect and Empathy) in their professional and personal lives. They LISTEN to people, LIFT people and LAUNCH people. Then they equip and empower them to do the same for others.

Many coaching, mentoring and community outreach programs employ what is known as a "deficit model" of working with people. That's where you focus on the problems (deficits) of a person, and then apply a set of pre-determined, cookie cutter steps and treatments to address their issues. The deficit-based model is what many well-meaning Helpers use, but it rarely works long-term, leaving Helpers wondering why their clients fail to break the cycles of addiction and recidivism.

However, their CARE-Ready Life Coach Training™ mirrors the principles found in the proven, Best Practice strategies of Strength-based, Solution-focused models. CARE-Ready life coaches are trained to connect with people in order to build a relationship/ partnership that empowers the client; thus allowing the client to discover the solutions that will work best for them.

While many coaching programs focus on how to target potential high-paying affluent clients, and high-paying speaking opportunities, the Greens train, equip and empower Care-Ready Providers and Coaches™, who are willing to take on the most often overlooked people of society; those who live in under-served communities, who can least afford, but benefit the most from professional guidance.

"We're very excited that the Greens accepted our invitation and this appointment," Pitzl concluded. "They will bring another level of expertise and experience to our overall global mission."

Chris and Carol Green are also recipients of honorary doctorates in Christian Leadership (Chris) and Humanities (Carol); as well as honorary doctorates in Society and Human Rights (both). They are currently candidates in the UGCSI Searcherdemic doctoral program.
