UGCSI Searcher Educator Wins Best Author Award

Maputo, Mozambique - Professor Mateus Mutola, founder of the Genius Philosophy, was granted the Best Christian Author Award by Gospel Mahungu Awards, run by Gospel Mahungu, a leading organization that annually distinguishes the most outstanding figures in the gospel world, nationally and internationally. Prof. Mutola won the prize through the book “You Are A Genius” which was voted at a national level as the Book of the Year.

The event took place on Friday, 23rd December 2022 at one of the most prestigious hotels in Mozambique and beyond, The VIP Hotel. The award ceremony was attended by great thought leaders, politicians, top of the notch musicians, religious leaders, famous entertainers and comedians, renowned TV and radio presenters and personalities; and was covered by Mega TV, a fast growing national station, and Jornal Notícias, the main national newspaper.

UGCSI Professor Launches New Book on World Kindness Day

The book was published on 28 September 2022. It was launched on Amazon on the 5th of October and officially released on 13 November, World Kindness Day.

Searcher Educator Launches the Genius Book

Maputo, Mozambique - Professor Mateus Mutola, founder of the Genius Philosophy, coordinated and launched the life-changing book “You Are A Genius” on Thursday, 13^th October 2022. Through the book, Professor Mutola, tenderly known as the Genius Code Breaker, seeks to convey his vehement belief that every human being is born a genius. 

A curious yet flabbergasted crowd from every sect of society witnessed the book launch. Historical First: UGCSI Confers First-Ever Searcherdemic Doctorates

 

In a historical first, Professor Shakuntala Rose Reddy, Professor Carol Green and Professor Christopher Green were each conferred a UGCSI exclusive non-governmental, life achievement, competency-based, ministry degree: Doctorate of Searcherdemics (DSe) in an online ceremony that was held during the United Graduate College and Seminary International's annual Searcher Education Summit, hosted by its Chancellor Michal P. Pitzl and Chief Chancellor, HRH, H.E. Dr. Clyde Rivers.

The very first Doctorate of Searcherdemics recipient was Professor Shakuntala Rose Reddy, from Richards Bay, Kwa-Zulu Natal, South Africa, who initiated a Philosophy of KINDNESS in the education curriculum of the primary school in her community. UGCSI Searcher Educator Offers Searcherdemic Mobility Paradigm™ Wisdom for Leaders' Process of Success

You have a world-changing idea, business, initiative or philosophy, but where do you begin? How do you move from inspiration to manifestation? How do you launch a big dream?

I offer the *Searcherdemic Mobility Paradigm™

 1. Invest in your own community. Your community has to know and believe that you really do care for them. Think globally and work locally. Begin by investing on your home front. Make a genuine effort to help strengthen what others are building. This is also where you discover the validity of your God-idea. Your ideas should boost their mission. You won’t actualize success through presentations, seminars and workshops that promote your vision, alone. You must test your dream in the real world. Buy-in to your idea should be built on tested and proven evidence. 

2. Engage key community leaders. Get to know who the leaders in the community are, and know as many of them personally as possible. We attended monthly community meetings, as well as government-sponsored luncheons and non-profit fundraisers, and made great connections. 

3. Listen to your community’s concerns. This is a statement that we posted on our business website: "Build a successful business, not only by selling a dynamic product and providing great customer service, but by connecting with your local community to help solve problems."  Listen to learn what is most important to them. For instance, if youth suicide is your community's biggest concern, but you don't feel called to work with youth, then find a way to connect what you do with the solutions. You may not work directly with youth, but you might work with those who do.

4. Lift what's already working – Instead of making your initial focus all about the solutions you have to offer, find out about the positives in your community and celebrate those successes even as you address the problems. Become a voice of encouragement for those who are already doing good work. 

5. Learn your community. Do you know your community’s demographics? Do you know its historical significance? Do you know its recent history? Do you know the under-served populations within your community. Study what has already been attempted to bring about change. Learn about what was successful and why. Learn about what failed and why. 

6. Less is more.  Instead of trying to set up large events, conferences and campaigns, scale back and focus on 1:1 encounters, smaller groups and high-impact invitational gatherings. It's far better to meet with 4 highly influential people in your community in a private meeting, than to host a 500-people event in a hotel that produces no momentum for you. The best way to reach the masses is not by mass media or massive events. The best way will always be by connecting with one key person at a time. Let your good reputation create a word-of-mouth buzz. 

7. Serve somewhere in your community. Build Goodwill through volunteerism. For example, we volunteer in the local high school’s annual poetry writing contest. At that time, we’re not representing our company. We’re just citizens, helping out. We don’t talk about our business or solicit for clients. Through this, we have built goodwill within the education community. 

We also volunteered our services in an employment agency for 9 months and in a women's shelter for about 10 months. If your community has to pay for your time and (untested) services, you run the risk of being viewed as just another predator. By the time they learn about your business, ideas, solutions or outreach, they should already feel and know that you care about them.

8. Prioritize. One of the mistakes we made was to spread ourselves thin by saying yes to too many people, organizations, initiatives and activities. Eventually we had to prioritize our time and efforts, and focus on the development of our team and their growth. We had to cut off the fat of good ideas and run with a clear, clean and lean vision.

Remember that as ambassadors of searcherdemics, we bring God ideas to the table.  However, we must embrace the Godly wisdom and steps that will get us to that table.

UGCSI Searcher Professor Launches Human Equity Value Institute and Seminary

 

Trinidad and Tobago --- UGCSI Searcher Professor, Dr. Glendon S. Rudder officially launched the Human Equity Value Institute and Seminary (H.E.V.I.S.). 

"Human Equity Value is the recognition, consideration, protection and procurement of human value and their equity entitlement,” Professor Rudder told a global live stream audience. “We live in a world where there is a desperate need for human equity value. The world has not heard about this. It’s a new philosophy and a new concept. It’s a new narrative that the world’s governments, nations, communities, families, judicial systems, and where ever matters of diplomacy or human relations are taking place, it is necessary. UGCSI Searcher Educators Promote Process of Success in Africa, Globally

 

Mozambique, Africa ---United Graduate College and Seminary International  Professors Chris and Carol Green and Dr. Mateus Mutola, joined together today on The Africa Civility Show. Dr. Mutola invited the Greens to be his first guest to launch an epic episode to set the tone for the New Year.

The topic centered around the Green's soon-coming book that will speak to the Process that every human being must go through in order to bring forth the Success that they are already created to be. That process involves understanding 8 keys that will help an individual or an organization navigate through life and its challenges. 

The Green's insisted that Success begins with God. Drawing from the Biblical reference of Psalm 139, the Vice Chancellors explained that Success is encoded in our DNA. The very fact that God has given us life means we are the manifestation of God's Success released on Earth. Therefore, we are not striving to be successful, but we are yielding to a process that will reveal the Success that God has created us to be.

Dr, Mutola honed in on the painful part of the process by posing questions on how the audience can get past the dead ends, road blocks, despair, dark clouds and disappointments in life. The Greens responded with a powerful message on how to push past your pain and go through the process of manifesting the Success that is already within you.

"The answers were so powerful and so profound," expressed Dr. Mutola, "After one hour of dialogue, we only covered two of the eight keys. However, I felt the listeners needed time to digest, dissect and really grasp the nuggets of wisdom that were being presented."

The new book by Drs. Chris and Carol Green will be titled: Rest, Retreats, Revival and other Comedies: You are Success in Process. These authors of several books and Searcher Education leaders said they realize the title is very different, but are confident that it will make sense as readers walk through the keys. 

In the meantime, Dr Mutola said,"We must have them back on the show to continue releasing the other six keys in the Process of Success."

"Professors Chris and Carol were phenomenal today," commented Chancellor Pitzl following a 1-hour course titled Experiential Success and the Searcher Model. "They are the perfect example of what it means to obtain success through experience and process. This is the reason they are Vice-Chancellors at UGCSI."

The UGCSI Professors of Process provided practical tools and tips on various methods and strategies to engage communities, build goodwill, and establish a foundation for success in owning a stage (or number one position) in one's field of expertise.

Searcher professors are the front-line evidence builders and experiential success pioneers of an entirely different model of education known as Searcher Education or Authorship Education. In this model, Searcher Educators are experts by experience.  That experience is the foundation of Authorship Education: A Lifelong Learning System.

This couple will be positioned to lead the Professional Development of UGCSI's Global Consortium of Searcher Professors.

After completing the Master Life Coaching program, they took their certifications and began volunteering their coaching skills in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania's under-served communities, and it wasn't long before local organizations began to recognize and acknowledge the high-quality work that was being invested.

In 2018, Chris and Carol Green introduced their ground-breaking CARE-Readiness Training and Certification for Providers, Mentors and Coaches. Over the course of two years, they were able to certify nearly 80 Life Coaches, which meant the positive impact of their high-quality, life-transforming program was being duplicated and distributed.
